Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover lands on Mars successfully

On February 18th, 2021 at 12:55 pm PST Earth time, the Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover touched down on Mars safely after traveling in space for 201 days for a distance of 472 million kilometers (293 million miles).

The Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover‘s entry, descent, and landing process were rather successful. After the touchdown, the Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover deploys its relevant components such as the wheels, and then the system will run some tests to make sure everything is good for operation. This process will take a few days or even more than 10 days to complete.

Compared with previous missions, Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover is more autonomous so that it will explore more areas on Mars. The Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover is not only studying the Martian terrain and collecting samples, but it will also send back valuable information so that scientists can tell whether or not human exploration on Mars is possible.

We are building a 1:2 Perseverance Mars Rover Replica which will perfectly replicate the appearance of the real Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover Users can simulate what Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover can do with the Perseverance Mars Rover Replica.
